OVEN: Cover well with foil. place in a 180C *pre-heated* oven for +- 20 mins, then uncover and continue heating for +- 5 to 10 mins or until piping hot throughout.
MICROWAVE: Not Recommended.

OVEN - Recommended: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Cover well with foil. Place in a 180C *pre-heated* oven for +- 10 to 15 mins, then uncover and continue heating for +- 5 to 7 mins or until piping hot throughout.
MICROWAVE: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Place in the microwave on med heat (600w) for +- 3 minutes, then uncover and continue heating on high (900w) for another +- 3 minutes or until hot throughout. Gently shift stir contents halfway.
