Per adult, we recommend working on:

+- 220g to 300g with sides

+- 320g to 400g without sides

Keep in mind that all appetites differ, and consider whether you'll be serving the meal as a standalone, or with side dishes.

We identify the 9 major food allergens which are Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, and Sesame. Our meals are made and packed in a facility that stores all major allergen foods. Allergens are stated on the website and on the meal package.

Reheating instructions are provided online as well as on each meal package. Please read the guidelines printed on each meal. They are designed to ensure the dishes are as scrumptious as we intended them to be! Remember to adjust time and temperature as needed, according to your own equipment. Our foil containers are microwavable/oven safe, for your convenience.

We are fully committed to using only the very highest quality ingredients in all our meals. This includes using extra virgin olive oil, local fresh produce, stone-ground flour, certified free-range poultry and eggs, and non irradiated spices. We do not use any added stabilizers, additives, or MSG in any of our meals.

• We currently deliver 4 days a week, between Glentana and Knysna, including surrounding areas.
• Delivery to Glentana/George/Wilderness takes place daily from Tuesdays to Fridays.
• Delivery to Kleinkranz, Sedgefield and Knysna takes place on Tuesdays only.
• Orders are delivered within 1 and 3 (max) business days.
• Couriering for orders outside of these areas can be arranged by contacting 073 894 9259.
• Delivery updates and notifications are sent via email.
