1. Delivery Areas
Currently, our cold chain delivery takes place between Monday to Friday, door to door, to the following areas:
- Mossel Bay
- Glentana
- George
- Wilderness
- Sedgefield
- Knysna
- Plettenberg Bay
- St Francis

2. Delivery Fees
We charge a delivery fee based on your location. Below is a breakdown of our delivery fees per general area:
- Mossel Bay Area R90
- Glentana Area R75
- George R45
- Greater George Area R65
- Knysna Area R95
- Sedgefield R75
- Plettenberg Bay R110
- St Francis R150
3. Delivery Schedule
- We deliver on weekdays. All delivery updates are communicated via email.
- Please note that we require someone to be at the given address to take receipt of the delivery.
- Should your given delivery window not suit you, alternative times can be easily arranged by contacting us the day before delivery, on 073 894 9259.
- We also offer collections by prior arrangement - Please contact us to arrange.
- If there is any problem at all with taking delivery of your order, please do contact us and we will always do our very best to accommodate you!
