CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Meal Subscriptions
We offer various subscription plans for our meal kits. When you register for a meal subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that HELLO SUPPER is authorized to charge you on a weekly basis for your meal subscription and related delivery charges for as long as your meal subscription continues. You also expressly agree that your meal subscription is continuous until such time as you cancel or pause it.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may pause or cancel your meal subscription through the “My Account” page. Note that this must be done before Tuesday at midday, and will take effect for the following week.
3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any meal kit orders whatsoever unless the order is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on 073 894 9259 in the unlikely event that your order is defective, damaged, has missing items or if you have received an incorrect order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please retain your defective order for collection by Hello Supper.
Please note that HELLO SUPPER delivers on the days stipulated on the website in accordance with the product category you have ordered. In order to complete the delivery, we require there to be someone to take receipt of the delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure there is someone at the given delivery address as provided to Hello Supper, on the day of delivery, within the delivery window provided, should one be provided. Should there not be anyone available on the day of delivery, to take receipt of the order at the address provided, your delivery will be returned to our premises and you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. Arrangements can be made to collect any orders which we were unable to be delivered by contacting help@hellosupper.co.za, or calling 073 894 9259.
