Ingredients

100% beef mince, onions, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, chickpeas, egg, panko crumbs, fresh coriander, fresh mint, cumin, ground coriander, Moroccan seasoning, Spanish smoked paprika. pink salt, brown sugar, smoked chipotle chilli flakes, extra virgin olive oil.

Serving

Serve with couscous or crusty bread and a garden salad. A carrot, honey and sesame salad also makes a delicious accompaniment to this meal. Or enjoy on it's own!

Reheating Instructions

Microwave: Cover and place in the microwave on high (900W) for 3 minutes, then uncover, stir, and heat for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot throughout.

Airfryer: Cover and place in the airfryer for 10 mins at 180 degrees. Then uncover, stir, and continue heating for 2 - 3 minutes, or until hot throughout.

FROM FROZEN:
Microwave: Cover and place in the microwave on high (900W) for 5 minutes, then uncover, stir, and heat for an additional +-2 minutes, or until hot throughout.

Airfryer: Cover and place in the airfryer for 20 mins at 180 degrees. Then uncover, stir, and continue heating for +- 3 to 5 minutes, or until hot throughout.
