Ingredients

Smoked salmon, onions, potatoes, panko crumbs, parmesan, egg, spring onions, parsley, English mustard, Dijon mustard, stoneground flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, onion powder, garlic powder, Sout Van Die Aarde Organic Fish Spice, butter, salt, pepper.

Serving

Serve with salad and lemon wedges.

Reheating Instructions

FROM THAWED:
AIRFRYER: Remove from packaging, transfer fish cakes into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for +-7 mins, then flip and continue heating for +-3 to 5 mins. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

FROM FROZEN:
AIRFRYER: Remove from packaging, transfer fish cakes into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for +-10 mins, then flip and continue heating for +- 8 mins. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Once defrosted, use within 2 days.
