Ingredients

Red pepper, tomatoes, feta cheese, onion, garlic, vegetable stock, basil, fresh cream, Himalayan pink salt, extra virgin olive oil.

Serving

Serve with our soft yoghurt flatbreads or fresh, crusty bread.

Reheating Instructions

*400g* DEFROSTED

STOVETOP: Place the soup into a pot and set to medium heat. Cover the pot and heat gradually, stirring often. Bring soup to a gentle simmer until hot throughout.

MICROWAVE: Transfer contents to a heatproof bowl, loosely covered. Place into microwave on med heat (700w) for +- 3 minutes. Stir, re-cover loosely & continue heating on high (900w) for +- 2 minutes, or until hot throughout.

*400g* FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Transfer contents to a heatproof bowl and place in the microwave, loosely covered, on med heat (700w) for +- 6 minutes. Stir, re-cover loosely & continue heating on high (900w) for 2 to 4 minutes, or until hot throughout.

*800g* DEFROSTED

STOVETOP: Transfer soup in a pot set to med heat. Cover & heat gradually, stirring often. Bring to a gentle simmer until hot throughout.

MICROWAVE: Transfer soup to a heatproof bowl. Cover loosely and place in the microwave on med (700w) for +- 6 minutes. Stir, re-cover & continue heating on high (900w) for +- 4 to 6 minutes or until hot throughout.

MICROWAVE: Transfer contents to a heat proof bowl. Cover loosely & heat for +- 8 to 10 minutes. Stir, re-cover loosely & continue heating on high (900w) for a further +- 8 minutes, or until hot throughout.
