We identify the 9 major food allergens which are Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, and Sesame. Our meal kits are packed in a facility that stores all major allergen foods.

OVEN / AIRFRYER: Cover with foil and place in a 180C *preheated* oven (or air fryer) for +-15 minutes, then uncover and continue heating for +- 2 minutes, or until hot throughout.
250g *From Thawed*
Defrost in the fridge, overnight.
MICROWAVE: Place in the microwave (covered) on medium power (600w) for +- 3 mins or until hot throughout.
