Reheating Instructions

350g FROM THAWED (Recommended)

OVEN:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +- 20 mins, then UNCOVER & continue heating for +-5 mins.

AIRFRYER:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +-15 to 20 mins, then UNCOVER & continue heating for +-5 mins.

350g FROM FROZEN:
OVEN:
Remove lid. Pour 3TBS milk over the meal. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +-35 mins then UNCOVER & continue heating for +-5 mins.

Ensure food is hot throughout. Adjust according to your own equipment where needed.
