We identify the 9 major food allergens which are Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, and Sesame. Our meal kits are packed in a facility that stores all major allergen foods.
Ingredients
Beef, puff pastry, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, bone marrow, beef stock low sodium, stoneground flour, butter, Worcestershire sauce, red wine, fresh thyme, garlic, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, egg.
Serving
Serve on its own or with a vibrant salad, or steamed green beans.
Reheating Instructions

OVEN FROM FROZEN:
Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil. Place in a 180C preheated oven for +- 30 to 35 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +- 5 mins.
OVEN FROM THAWED:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +- 20 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +- 8 min.
AIRFRYER FROM FROZEN:
Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil. Place in airfryer at 180C for +- 30 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +- 5 mins.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Adjust timing according to your own equipment
Once thawed, consume within 2 days.
