Ingredients

Penne pasta, smoked salmon, sour cream, baby spinach, milk, fresh lemon juice, fresh thyme, lemon zest, vegetable stock, panko bread crumbs, stoneground flour, butter, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil.

Serving

Serve with salad and lemon wedges.

Reheating Instructions

DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE OVERNIGHT. REHEATING FROM FROZEN IS NOT RECOMMENDED

Cover with foil and place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-20 minutes, then uncover, gently shift the contents and continue heating uncovered for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until hot throughout.

900g *From Thawed*
Cover with foil and place in a 180 C *preheated* oven for +-30 to 35 minutes, then uncover and continue heating for an additional 10 to 15 mins or until hot throughout.

Can airfry - adjust time accordingly.

Please note that you may notice a little residual oil appearing as this dish heats up, this is due to the omega 3 goodness from the salmon!
