Ingredients
Free range chicken breasts, crushed tomatoes, boursin cheese, spinach, mozzarella, sour cream, parmesan, fresh basil, Italian seasoning, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper.
Serving
Garnish with fresh basil and serve with salad. Roast potatoes also make for a delicious accompaniment to this dish.

REHEAT FROM FROZEN

OVEN: Cover with foil and place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-20 minutes, then uncover, gently stir / shift the contents, and continue to bake uncovered for and additional +- 5 to 10 mins or until piping hot throughout.
MICROWAVE:
Place in the microwave on medium heat (600w) for +- 5 mins, then uncover, gently shift / stir the contents and heat on high (900w) for a further +- 3 mins or until piping hot throughout.
