OVEN: Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Cover with foil and place in a 165C *preheated* oven for +- 20 minutes, then uncover, gently stir and continue heating (uncovered) for a further +- 5 to 10 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
MICROWAVE: Cover and place in the microwave on medium heat (600w) for +- 8 minutes, then uncover, stir gently and heat on high (900w) for a further +- 2 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
