We identify the 9 major food allergens which are Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, and Sesame. Our meal kits are packed in a facility that stores all major allergen foods.
Serve with a light salad and crusty garlic bread, or as a side to your favourite meat cut.
Reheating Instructions
400g FROM THAWED
OVEN:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +- 15 to 20 mins, then UNCOVER & continue heating for +-8 to 10 mins.
AIRFRYER:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid. Cover dish tightly with foil, place in a 180C preheated oven for +-20 mins, then UNCOVER & continue heating for +-5 mins.
