Ingredients

Free-range chicken breast, tomatoes, coconut cream, onions, yoghurt, peas, butter, tomato paste, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, sugar, turmeric, bay leaves. (*Basmati rice is present in the combination meal option).

Serving

Serve with basmati rice, flatbreads or Naan bread, tomato and onion salsa, chopped fresh chillies and fresh coriander

Reheating Instructions

DEFROST BEFORE REHEATING - REHEATING FROM FROZEN IS NOT RECOMMENDED

*300g Butter Chicken Only*

STOVE TOP: (Recommended)
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Transfer butter chicken into a pot set to medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer until hot throughout. Stir frequently.

OVEN: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Cover with foil and place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +- 15 minutes, then uncover, gently stir / shift the contents, and continue heating uncovered for an additional +-5 mins or until hot throughout.

MICROWAVE: Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Place covered in the microwave on medium heat (600w) for +-4 minutes, then uncover and heat on high (900w) for a further 1 to 2 minutes or until hot throughout.
