Ingredients
Lean beef mince, onions, spring roll pastry, fruit chutney, coriander, tomato paste, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, curry powder, apricot jam, ground cumin, turmeric, brown sugar, Himalayan pink salt, egg, extra virgin olive oil.
Serving
Serve with a fruit chutney dip and salad for a main meal, or slice diagonally in half and serve as cocktail snacks.
Reheating Instructions
REHEAT FROM FROZEN
AIRFRYER: Remove spring rolls from packaging. Brush lightly with oil (optional). Place spring rolls into airfryer at 200C for +-5 mins. Then turn the spring rolls over & fry for another +-5 mins until golden & hot throughout.
STOVE TOP: Preheat oil. Remove spring rolls from packaging and carefully place them in the oil, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for +- 4 to 6 mins or until golden & hot throughout. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
