Ingredients

Pork Shoulder, black beans, corn, onions, water, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, stoneground flour tortillas, tomato puree, tomato paste, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, onion powder, fresh garlic, cream, sout van die aarde organic pork belly rub, chicken stock, stoneground flour, butter, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, fresh parsley, tomato paste, salt, extra virgin olive oil.

Reheating Instructions

350g *From Frozen*
Cover and place in a 180C *preheated* oven +- 25 to 30 mins, (or airfryer for +-20 mins) then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for +- 5 to 8 mins.

350g *From Thawed*
Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-20 mins (or airfryer for +- 15 mins), then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for another +- 5 to 8 mins or until hot throughout.

800g *From Frozen*
Cover and place in a 180C *preheated* oven +- 40 mins, (or airfryer for +-35 mins) then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for another +- 5 to 10 mins.

800g *From Thawed*
Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-25 to 30 mins (or airfryer for +- 20 mins), then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for another +- 5 to 10 mins or until hot throughout.

1.1kg *From Frozen*
Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +- 50 mins (or airfryer for 40 mins), then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for another +- 10 mins.

Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-35 mins, (or airfyer for 30 mins), then uncover & continue heating (uncovered) for another +- 5 to 10 mins or until hot throughout.

Adjust according to your own equipment.
Once Defrosted, consume within 2 days.
