Ingredients

Aubergines, onions, mozzarella, crushed tomatoes, parmesan, water, panko bread crumbs, fresh basil, Italian seasoning, extra virgin olive oil, pink salt, brown sugar, black pepper.

Serving

Serve as is or with a garden salad, or as an accompaniment to your favourite meat dish.

Reheating Instructions

500g FROM FROZEN:
Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-25 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +-10 mins or until hot throughout.

500g FROM THAWED:
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +- 15 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +- 8 to 10 mins or until hot throughout.

If aifrying, follow above guidelines but reduce time by 10% and check halfway.

900g FROM FROZEN:
Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +-45 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +-5 to 10 mins / or until hot throughout.

900g FROM THAWED:
Defrost in the fridge, overnight. Cover with foil, place in a 180C *preheated* oven for +- 30 mins, then uncover & continue heating for +- 5 mins / until hot throughout.

If aifrying, follow above guidelines but reduce time by 10% and check halfway.
