TIPS AND SUBSTITUTES:
- Swap out noodles for basmati rice, or simply bulk up on the veg and sauce, and skip the carbs completely.
- Mange tout is seasonal and can get pricey, choose beans for a more economical option.
- Swap pork fillet for chicken breasts, or simply go meat free and bulk up on the veg – you wont regret it.
- Use the veg you have....apart from the cabbage which adds good bulk, all the other veg is fully customisable.
- Add 1/2 tsp of fresh minced ginger if you have some on hand.
